Perhaps our sight is so dulled that we still think Pornography is about Freedom. Ah, my sweet summer child. Pornography is not about freedom, or even about money, it’s about control. We have, as St Augustine said, as many masters as we have vices. If I was in the business of trying to enslave and control people, it would be much easier to entice them in to buckle up their own shackles than to fight to get them on. It would also leave them responsible for their own enslavement and I could go and read my ‘Idiots Guide to World Domination’ with a cuppa.
